| | Spin Flash Dryers are ideal for drying of wet cake, slurry, paste which is normally difficult to dry in other Dryers. The material is fed by a kind of feeder through a variable speed drive into the vertical drying chamber where it is heated by air and at the same time disintegrated by a specially designed disintegrator. The heating of air may be direct or indirect depending upon the application. The dry powder is collected through cyclone separator/ bag filter or with a combination of both.
Products which are applicable to this machine are: amino acids, dyes and dye intermediates, pigments, starches and gluten, etc.
U.S. Machineries specializes in the development, design, and engineering of spin flash dryer and contains appurtenances in different designs with an evaporation rate of 5 Kg water evaporation/ hr up to 5000 Kg water evaporation/ hr containing open or close system, and also possesses rotors, air filtration, different feeders, and direct or indirect heating unit. There is a possibility to use PLC control system also.
One of the appurtenances of this machine, is the filter press machine used for separation of solid particles from the existing liquid using poly propylene sheets made of cast iron or aluminum simple mechanical form or hydraulic for producing cake in Spin Flash Dryer with different capacities and dimension .
